Program Overview
Aligned with the circular of the Prime Minister No. 03/2022 dated January 12, 2022, the “Awrash” program strives not only to provide income support but also to equip individuals for the job market, fostering access to employment opportunities in light of economic growth. This is achieved through preparatory training, capacity building, and the development of a sense of citizenship and work culture during the workshop’s implementation.
Expected Achievements
- Information Provision: Successful completion of the workshop, enabling participants to provide valuable tourist information to both foreign and national tourists at key tourist locations, thereby benefiting the Marrakech community.
- Social Impact: Integration of 50 individuals severely affected by the COVID-19 crisis or facing challenges in integration, contributing to their livelihood and well-being.
- Skills Development: Guiding workshop beneficiaries to acquire new competencies, develop essential skills, and cultivate behaviors aligned with a sense of citizenship and a strong work ethic, preparing them for future employment opportunities.
How We Collaborate
Empowering Individuals: The “Awrash” program focuses on empowering individuals who have faced challenges, particularly those who have lost their livelihoods due to circumstances such as the COVID-19 crisis. Collaborating allows us to be a part of their journey towards self-sufficiency and economic stability.
