On behalf of the Union of Inventors, I hereby submit our official request for recognition as an Observer Organization at the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
The Union of Inventors is a non-profit, non-governmental organization dedicated to supporting inventors, innovators, and creators in protecting, developing, and valorizing their intellectual property. Our activities are directly aligned with WIPO’s objectives, including the promotion of patent protection, technology transfer, innovation ecosystems, and IP-based investment.
In accordance with your guidance, we have attached the full set of documentation to support our request, including our governing documents, proof of organizational structure, and evidence of our activities in the field of intellectual property. We trust that this package demonstrates the Union’s active and ongoing engagement in intellectual property matters, qualifying us as a credible and relevant observer within WIPO.
We remain available to provide any additional information or clarification as needed, and we look forward to the consideration of our request at the next WIPO Assemblies scheduled from 7 to 15 July 2026.
